These policies cover how Alirko LLC ("Alirko," "we") works with clients and visitors. For active projects, the signed Web Design Services Agreement is the governing contract — this page summarizes the key terms and our privacy practices.
Terms of Service
Services
Alirko designs, builds, hosts, and maintains custom websites for local businesses. Project scope, pricing, and timeline are defined in each client's signed agreement.
Payment
- Builds are billed 50% deposit to begin and 50% at launch. Work starts once the deposit clears.
- A Website Hosting & Maintenance Plan is required to keep the site live and is billed monthly to a card on file ($99/month for Premium and Premium Plus; $149/month for Premium Pro).
- Payments are processed securely by card or Apple Pay via online invoice.
Revisions & turnaround
Each build includes two rounds of revisions; additional work is billed hourly. Routine update requests under the maintenance plan are completed within five (5) business days, barring illness or emergency.
Hosting, cancellation & handover
- The site is hosted on Alirko's infrastructure as part of the maintenance plan.
- Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation, the client receives their website files and guidance to host the site independently.
- Accounts may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment.
Third-party services
Domain registration, contact-form services beyond free tiers, and similar third-party costs are the client's responsibility. Some domains are premium or listed for resale and may cost significantly more; any such cost is disclosed and approved before purchase.
Refund Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it reserves time and covers design work already performed. If a project is canceled mid-build, any work completed beyond the deposit is invoiced at a prorated rate. Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable but can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, business name, email, and message) so we can respond. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the service providers below who help operate our business.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate our business, and share only what's needed for each to do its job:
- A contact-form provider — receives and delivers your form submissions to us.
- A payment processor — securely handles client payments (we never see or store full card numbers).
- A hosting provider — hosts the website.
